Terms of Service
Effective 2026.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure meetings are recorded with the knowledge and consent of everyone present, in line with the law where you are. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Quota and payment
Each plan carries a quota of transcription minutes per 30-day period. Paid plans do not renew automatically. Completed payments are non-refundable except where the failure is on our side.
Accuracy of results
Transcripts and minutes of meeting are produced automatically by speech recognition and language models. The results may contain errors and should be reviewed before being used as an official record.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to record others covertly without a lawful basis, to process unlawful content, or to attempt to access another user's data.

Changes to the service
We may update features, plans, and these terms. Significant changes will be announced by email or through a notice inside the app.
