Effective 2026. This page explains how JagatRangkum handles your data.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and profile photo if you sign in with Google.
Meeting data: the audio files you record or upload, the resulting transcripts, and the minutes of meeting generated and edited by you.
Usage data: the duration of audio processed, for quota accounting, along with processing status records.
Payment data: order number, status, and payment method. We never store your card number or payment credentials.

How the data is used

To run the core service: transcribing audio and writing meeting notes.
To count usage against the quota of your plan.
To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse of the service.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

A speech recognition provider, to turn audio into text.
A language model provider, to write the summary and action items from the transcript.
A meeting bot provider, to join and record online meetings at your request.
A payment provider, to process subscription transactions.
Each third party receives only the data it needs to perform its function.

Storage and deletion

Audio files and notes are held in storage reachable only through your own authenticated session.
You can delete a recording along with its transcript and notes at any time from the history page.
Deletion is permanent and includes the stored audio file.

Your rights

Access, download, and delete all of your meeting data through the app.
Request account closure along with deletion of all related data.
